You will need an ECU tune. Don't think that any American customer has a tune yet. I could be wrong.

I have a video i will post when i have a second (just got back to Atl last night) of me going 266 kilometers per hour, isnt that right at 160? i was only at that speed for a second chasing a GT3RS back into Munich. Just wondering if the thing is actually limited or was i at the 155mph limit on the nose. Thanks.

Check with Dinan or GIAC

Dinan has removed the limiter for the F10 550 and when they release their tune for M5 it will be able to reach it's unlimited top speed too.

I don't think this car has speed limiter. While in Germany, I was able to hit 164mph but let off the throttle since I didn't want to push my car too hard during the break in period.

Yep, the speedo is optimistic. Bring a Garmin if you want to know how fast you are really going

It looks like you can code the speedo to report actual unadjusted speed

Tried - the single Korrektur valve that is available on the M5 had not effect. Second Korrektur value doesn't exist/hasn't been found.. If you have accomplished it, there are lots of people waiting with baited breathe (including myself). |
