is it just me or is it that the rear wheels have calipers that are not covered like the front. why is it so difficult for bmw to do front and real calipers like AMG does. i have seen better calipers on a nissan, considering th money!!!
anyways, beautiful car, would love to have oneee or two!! |

Absolutely stunning car!
Those rims aren't my cup of tea, but hey, I'm glad you like em' so much. I'm quite perplexed at something though....wtf is up with those tiny lil' brake calipers on this monster of a car!! - BMW cheaping out?... |

Congrats and I hope you get many years of enjoyment out of that beautiful beast. The only thing I'll say is that your going to find that the new idrive touch feature is worthless. We tested it out at work during a training session with the new 4 series and in my opinion it was horrible. Almost comparable to the introduction of the idrive in the early years of the E65/66. Either way be safe and enjoy!

Wow! All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you for everyone's compliments and well wishes. And a special thanks to Jason for the honor of being posted on the Bimmerpost front page!
Some have request audio clips, other shots, etc., and I hope to get to them soon. I just need to spend more time in the beast enjoying it rather than drooling over it! |

Not to beat a dead horse... But for those still wondering about the side bolsters, according to the owner's manual, side airbags are still located in the seat.

A. Not gotten the Side Bolster Adjustment seats DOT approved in time for the 2013 model year. B. Said to hell with Americans and their F10 M5, they'll never notice that the buttons are missing, even though the original order manual stated 20-way seats, but then changed their minds because we called BMW Customer Relations for 2 months straight and yelled at them. C. Were planning on re-including them in the 2014 F10 M5 anyway, but kept it a secret and forgot to mention it when they announced the LCI M5, hoping that no-one would notice that the buttons were back. D. Just plain old wanted to infuriate 2013 F10 M5 owners just for the fun of it. I wonder which one it really is.

Heard down the grape vine that they received a few large law suits from US customers with their e60s. Little birdie also suggested these folks were overweight.......

To the OP;
If you had stayed with your original color choice the Azurite individual, how much longer would the wait be? I am going to order a 2014 LCI M5 and Azurite is my color of choice. Thanks. |
