Look at what stopped by at eas
Recently, BMW introduced some minor updates to the M5.
We had this beautiful 2014 Moonstone Metallic F10 M5 with Silverstone II interior drop by our shop, so we thought we would share some photos with you. Enjoy. Some of the details And the interior What do you guys think about this color combination?

I do love the Moonstone, its the colour i would choose, if speccing a new one again. I also have a soft spot for those 19" rims as well, they look, dare i say it, a bit more sporty ?. Not sure i would have chosen the lighter interior, maybe a little bland ?. Also, the wrong seats. A chap over here has just got his Moonstone M5, and went for Sakhir interior, maybe a brave choice, but it looks fabulous, and compliments the Moonstone no end.

Very nice, although I am biased!
These pics do demonstrate why Moonstone is not a popular choice over here as a fair few of these look close to Titanium Silver and my sales manager told me, not good for a stock car as buyers don't want to pay extra for silver. Coupled with the fact that most buyers here don't like SO, I will be taking an extra spanking come trade in sometimes you just have to go with the heart over the head. Having said that another chap did pick up a Singapore Grey with full black the same day (believe he was aiming for the discrete look) and he seemed to be quite taken with Moonstone/SO. The first picture gives a brief glimpse of what I consider the worst side to Moonstone; a slightly light gold-silver look that comes out in overcast weather - so that'll be most of the time over here! |

Odd build. Is this a Canadian car? It has the Driver Assistance package, which in the US forces the Executive Package, adding the active and ventilated front seats. This is missing those.

That's the standard seats on the M5 outside of the US, at least on the LCI models. The "M5 seat" with the broader back is optional and is part of the $ 9500 Executive package in Canada
