2) The software is harry`s lap timer. Its for both android and iPhone. Most tracks are preloaded, and you can make your own tracks and routes also. http://www.gps-laptimer.de/Home.html With a bluetooth based odb unit you can also overlay gear, throttle, boost and so on. You can even use an external GPS to get 5 or 10 updates of the speed every second. This way you can watch the laps later - and its a little bit like being back on the track again with all the info and details. |

BTW - I was asking about the camera CAR - I couldn't identify it from the hood/reflection of the dash.

Sorry, too eager, it`s my brothers 991 Carrera 3.4 350 hp with sport suspension and torque vectoring (active rear diff) in both videos - behind the Panamera and the M5.

Nice shots from Norway, gets sad watching the beautiful F458. Always wonders what went wrong. Mid-engine cars rotate very fast when they have started ...
It`s all about controlling your own ego. |

Your wish gave me energy to make the video of the M5 from behind, always positive when people show interest.

The lovely m3GTS was really "Porschelized" there for some minutes - I believe he woke up there at the entrance of Bergwerk - you need to be "in the zone" at the Ring, its actually no room for other thoughts in your head during a lap - unlike the rest of a quite unfocused world. Adrenalin is good - and you have to earn it. |

M5 F10 top speed
Here is the safe way home, with a high speed test. We had 314 km/h on the speedometer. Perhaps it was 305 real km/h that the spec says with DP.
