328d lease offer
Hi guys,
I understand that this is m5 part of the forum but I might get the car tomorrow and I would appreciate feedback. I got m5 and I want to get 328d for my parents. It's lease in Dallas Texas. Here is offer from a guy that sold me m5. It's dealer in Texas. Texas has taxed due up front in whole purchase. Can you please take look at numbers and let me know: Msrp $46,675 Sale price: $39,675 Money factor:0.00169 ---I know their borrow rate is0.0012 Residual 62 percent Miles : 12k per year Extra miles:0.15 Acq fee :$925---- I guess I can ask for $725 Tax:$2,554.50 Gov fee: $131 Doc fee:146 Gap insurance included Monthly pmt: $565.71 includes tax Drive off: $837 I am looking to get this car maybe tomorrow It's fairly loaded, real let,sport,navi Let me know

Maybe the taxes up front thing skews the whole deal, but that seems like a 335 payment, not a 328 payment. Your getting hosed on the MF also.
My payment for my 535 M sport isn't much more than that payment. I think you can do better. |

We agreed on $480 Everything rolled in Drive off $750. I had c63 before and I have m5 now and ml350 So I went to mb dealer and ended up getting new c300 fairly loaded with maint plan( stunning inside) for $550 per month drive off was $927 Just $100 for a better car.... Btw bmw was 328d 2014 with 9,000 miles.... This was new car 10 miles it just arrived Thanks for the feedback and btw it seams that Texas is now to great for leasing. I feel like everywhere else people are getting awesome deals but at least we don't have state tax.... In tx tax is due in full
