2014 lease. Need advice!
Hi guys. I currently own a 2012 m3 and looking to get into a bigger boat. I am new on leases and pretty young and do not have a lot of experience. I have read a lot and think I have a good deal. Please advise.
Msrp $115,425 (comp, exec, b&o, lighting, driver assistance, lighting) Misc $625 of mats locks interior warranty etc Rebate $1,500 Total selling price $100,123 (13.5% discount) Filling and doc fees $289 About $1,000 in neg equity in m3 trade in 36 month 10,000 miles MF .00129 Res 61% Tax of about 9.5 Lease payment $1,156 with $5,000 down. Please give me your thoughts. Deal probably only good today. Thank you! |

The issue I see is the $5,000 downpayment. Never put anything down on a lease.
Aim for Multiple Security Deposits instead.

Not a very good deal, sounds like they aren't really working it right now hoping you will take what they are trying to sell you as a good deal..
