What do you guys think of this deal? European delivery:
12k miles 36 months Build: $97150 Selling price: $84989.61 $3025 out of pocket. $991 a month.

That's the highest doc fee I've ever seen a dealer try and get away with. There's no such thing as "doc fee", first of all. The overhead/profit is built into the sale price of a car. A dealer inserts a "doc fee" in there to try and make it look official/mandatory. That's like you replying back to the dealer and saying "Minus my credit card fee of $400, which I charge to take my credit card out of my wallet". You can eat the fee if you want - if you want to consider it as part of their profit, but again, that's a pretty high fee.

only one issue. The lease residual may change better or worse depending on what month the delivery is in. You can only lock in a rate i think 1-2 month prior to delivery. just something to keep in mind and ask.
