We can adjust the boost easily via torque limiting tables in the software. Doesn't need a Dyno tune to tailor desired boost levels. On my F82 M4, I have the boost trailing up linearly toward 4,000 RPM to prevent shredding the tires. Otherwise the car is just completely useless on the road. It's a fine balance |

Mike, boost tailering for the M5 seems like a good idea for those running OEM clutches and maintain traction is to reduce torque between 1800 to 3000 rpm ramping up, at the momment its a cliff from 1800 - 2500 rpm then flat.

For those that haven't seen some of the torque limiters, have a look a this thread which shows the limits between a competition package vehicle and a non comp pack: http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1237453 We can always do a milder or more aggressive calibration depending on the customers needs. |

Has to have some hysteresis or the simple piggy's that just "add" 3psi everywhere by faking the tmaps would not work. |

I made 650whp/683wtq yesterday on BPM Stage 2, 100/93 octane blend, and supporting mods. Will make a full post with appropriate graphs this week.
Mike at BPM is a legend. |
