Who can resist the temptation?
While I was out today a C63 AMG was tailing me and attempting to taunt me into a race. He stayed behind me for about 15 miles on country roads. I wasn't really up for a spirited run as I was out looking for something interesting to photograph. However, the urge to show him the capabilities of the big M was strong but i was able to resist.
Do you guys resist the urge or is it to great? |

The main thing is that you kept him behind you; I normally check out who's driving with a quick look and if they look a bit questionable I let them go at the lights as it's not worth the risk..they may have switched off the traction and lose it into you.

Was your oil warmed up properly?
I'm quite cautious when it come to racing, its got to be something worth racing, in this case I would have - pending all fluids and tires were warm.

Had a huracan try to race me on my way to the airport one night on open highway. Needless to say he was not happy with the results and he was the one who picked on me for a race

15 minutes... dude.....
Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude! I wouldn't even wait for him... I'd bait him with some burbles and high revs until he's caught in the net. Then I'll leave him to admire the rear of my car while I'm gone... P.S: Don't race a C63 bro... we're at a much much much higher league FYI. Things I've managed to beat: - Lambo Huracan - Audi R8 V10 - Merc E63s 4-Matic (2019) - Dodge Hellcat (Charger/Challenger) - Stage 2 Merc E63s 4-Matic (2015) - Porsche 991.2 Turbo - Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS And many many more. You're driving a beast Believe in it.

well from experience, a Stg1 M5 vs Stock catless M5 would be give you the same results.. actually the stock catless M5 will be slightly faster than a Stg1 M5

Yes the other M5 has Stage 2 map, straight through exhaust and intakes fitted. Very loud and a very different experience to my quiet M5

You need to get back out there with the openflash v2 and give him another go.
So do catless downpipes really make that much difference? Openflash say that downpipes are not needed. |

With all due respect... Downpipes are a must.. even before flashing your car. My car did 584whp/760Nm on stock everything and catless downpipes
