Anyone tried Enzo Racing Tune?
I was talking to a local tuner about doing a stage 1 tune on my F10 M5 and he recommended Enzo Racing tune.
They claim the car will be at 700hp on stage 1. Anyone here done Enzo Racing tune? If yes, how's the experience and any dyno results to see actual power gains? |

700 hp for stage one sounds a little out there. Stage 2 (aka catless downpipes) is more likely and to the crank, not the wheels.
If you looking for stage one tune, I'd recommend BPMSport I've had their stage two tune and now stage one and its awesome. |

Thanks. Yeah 700hp is a stretch for stg 1. I'm seeing an average of 70hp and 100lb torque gains from stg 1. Did you do dyno on your car to see the before and after gains and care to share?

With Stage two and muffler delete, I might have a little issue. |

Anyone actually have real results here with enzo tuning or you guys just chiming in saying do BMP or DME or FCK or blah blah blah stage 2 plus dum dooties tune....
OP: i have enzos tune on my m5, will say flat out I love the car the way it performs right now and would tell you to buy a tuner not necessarily a tune.....Enzo is a very straight forward guy, a real person that you can have a conversation with, he is not some nerdy kid who grew up in basements with no real world practical application of tuning and then running his tunes.... Enzo races, supports race teams, tunes a multitude of different platforms from BMWs to Porsches to drag cars to boats....and everything in between. He doesn't have the massive shop he used to, or the staff to do the marketing that was once done, or a partner to blow the whole thing up. Another one of the m5's he has tuned that has clutches has been running around LI for a while beating up on tons of cars. If your on LI its almost a no brainer, many may feel comfortable paying somebody in another state or even another country to tune their cars but there is something to be said for a guy that's local, whos cell phone number you have and whom you can txt on a Saturday morning at 7am or 11pm if you have an issue and who actually responds back to you. i have a pulled back version of what the tune can fully be (to protect my clutches), i have no interest in running catless downpipes or meth, the car moves. |
