Wash time!
Will have a bash at giving mine a Meguirs wash today, weather and wind permitting!
My system is to clean the wheels first with old bath sponges and worn soft bristled wash up brushes with the last used wash bucket water, don't use wheel cleaner spray then with fresh water with meguirs mix onto the body. After a good soaking then the mitt wash.I've been told not to use a rubber blade on the bodywork..! so just do the roof and windows with blade then the rest with yellow Costco cloths to dry. A vacuum clean inside follows not forgetting to > vacuum the tops of the sub woofers under the seats to keep the hi-fi sounds neat Then a quick poor boys world polish application if needed. |

Nice nice!
I'm normal wash routine is: 1) get three bucket loaded with water (1 with soap) 2) load up foam canon + pressure washer 3) spray down the car with water 4) spray down the car with the foam canon 5) using a wash mitt, scrub down the car. Between sections going into the clean wash bucket and then the soap bucket. 6) rinse down the car with just water 7) then go back and clean all the rims and muffler tips 8) take it around the block to get rid of extra water & then dry it by hand. |
Appreciate
