Its finally happening "Now with pics"

After a long search i finally put the payment down on a late 2015 CP.

These Cars a very rare in my country Denmark, and this is a life long dream comming true.

After a long search I found a like new M5 with competion pack, full leather, drivers pack in sapphire black finish.
What sold me on this car was 1. Build date 29/12/2015 and only 9.000mil on the clock, 2. premium selection car from a main dealer 2. full leather interior, drivers pack.

Basicly its got everything i wanted, and striped from everything i dont care about.

It did came with piano black interior, that i dont like, so have bought new oem alu trim interior, and oem m-performance gloss black grills.

I want to keep the engine 100% stock, but will install Kw HAS, wide rear tires, and maybe swap the 343m with 601m

I will pick it up on the 1. of may

Congrats on the car.

Sounds like you've got a little bit of a wait ahead, but I'm sure it'll be worth it. Make sure you post up some pics once you get your hands on it.

The full leather is a great option - makes the cabin feel very high end/premium. You have to make sure you keep your nails trimmed though, as with so much leather everywhere you need to be careful not to scratch it.

Full leather was a must.

I test drove a m5 without it, and it was like sitting in my former 530d m-sport.
(until the engine startet up LOL)

I then was lucky enough to find one at a dealer that had full leather, with aluminium trace interior, and it was game over, i had to have it.

You can be sure that I will post pictures of the whole process

Only thing, I am not sure about is whether I should install black kidney grills or not

My '16 is my 3rd BSM BMW, such a great color. I went with black chrome accents instead of matte or gloss black, I love the look and it will really go well with the carbon fiber accents I have planned (so far just rear diffuser, front lip and side skirts coming).

I also chose BSM, i had my 530xd in Carbon black and loved the colour, but i always wanted more black.

I also have plans for adding m-performance carbon parts, and I think it will look great with the BSM finish.

First up is the trunk spoiler

The grey on the 343m wheels also seem to mix really well with the BSM finish.

Nope, you could chose the m343 free of charge.

I asked the dealer if I could get the m601 instead since the had them on a other used m5, but the answer was NEIN, (it was a german main dealer) aparently the cars vin says m343, and the make a big deal out of that in germany.

The m343 are forged, and lighter.

But i like the m601 better with the bsm finish.

601Ms were standard fitment, but it was a no cost option to have the forged 343Ms instead.

I like both wheel styles on the F10, but given that the 343s are forged and very much a signature M style wheel they are my preferred.

To be honest, i have never seen the m343 in the flesh, only m601 and m345.

So I am anxious to see what the really look like on the m5, and who knows, i might just keep them.

I also have m345 19 inch rims sitting, that i plan on using as winters.

But if tracktion bothers me too much, I seriously consider using hem with some fat 305 rear tires in the back as the summer set up.

After that it passed inspection check/registration with flying colours, this car is mint.

Here are the specs, this is indeed a car stripped down to exactly what i want, nothing more nothing less.

Monday it will have the oem black m-preformance grills, and silver trim interior installed, wednesday will be the the day il pick it up
