Please post your best 60 mph to 130 mph. Stock to fully modded times
Just bought a 2013 F10 M5 with d i n a n stage 1 piggyback. BMS intake. I've been getting some really whack numbers when I look online. Anyways I use a vbox2.. Also I have been reading inexperienced drivers saying it's best to start in 3rd for momentum and traction..lol
IVE Been racing bikes and cars for 25 years now... So that being said you want to start in 2nd gear around 57 mph and then pedal into it as if roll racing and once it hits 60 the clock starts.. don't start from 3rd.. My time last night In south Florida about 68 degrees out and I did 60-120 mph 6.9 seconds and 60-130 8.1 seconds.. sport plus on everything and aggression level at 3... now I always take off dsc unless it's from a dig and not using drag radials and 80% I drive in D3 MODE.. Sometimes I'll do the shifting S3 but depends on the situation.. Thanks for your time. |

My stage 2 car (22psi, decats, stock clutches, 641whp, 757bhp, 909Nm) does 100-200kph (62-124mph) in 6.3 secs. I would hazard a guess that 60-130mph is around 7.0 secs maybe.
As for car settings, I find 30psi in the rear tyres, sport plus engine, comfort suspension allows car to squat and helps with traction, DCT in 3 and manual mode. Change at 6500rpm. Starting in third works best for my times! |

Also I find you kind of get one shot at setting times. Get the car up to temp, do your thing and try setting your fastest time. After that first pull or two IAT's will creep up (BMS intakes won't do IATs any favours either) and you'll never set a decent time! This is where meth would come in very handy!
