Coolant Advice s63

Sooo my question is related to the turbo coolant.

Last summer I replaced the turbo coolant radiator due to a small leak. Without thinking twice I purchased (Autozone) Peak Blue for “BMW” and did about about 1k miles no issues. The car has been sitting all winter with the occasional start up.

Fast forward to this month I was doing a coolant flush on my v10 S6 Audi and realized the car requires g12 pink stuff and accordingly to the online community Peak is trash I I really need to go with dealer grade. Fine.

Am I asking for trouble with the Blue peak I used in my m5?!

If so what is the procedure for turbo coolant flush of our s63 m5’s?
