That is some thin rubber. I like
Wheel size/offsets? What are the tire sizes? I'm thinking of going 305/25/21 and 275/30/21

Just routine wearable items, spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel injectors and oil changes. These are pretty common wear items for for vehicles making over 1000whp.

The quest for 1300 whp has begun!!! Getting my snazzy throttle bodies from allmotor and intercoolers from RKautowerkes! (Along with some other things...)

I'll look forward to seeing the videos and the time slips! Proving the reliability of the drivetrain to those of us with much less HP will instill some confidence for a more aggressive build! |

My end goal is to have a reliable car since I daily it. Ive had a few issues as most people that are nearing 1000 are having as well so obviously im not going to race it until that is rectified. I havent seen any 1/2 mile events near by yet so when they do pop up ill go. And yes owning a 1000 whp (soon to be 1300 whp) M5 is definitely worth it. Race slips or not. |

And we all want a reliable car as well. I think I've read all your posts, but I might have forgotten if you've posted those issues that have affected that reliability. Informing us of those issues would be helpful to guide us in the right direction. If it isn't quite reliable enough to race at the moment, do you think going for 1300 whp is the way to rectify that reliability issue? I'm sure owning and driving your car is worth it to you. Why else would you do it? You have the dyno slips to look at. There's nothing wrong with never racing it, you just say that you will and I'm looking forward to that. I believe your car is capable of setting new records, and then crushing them later! More power to you! |

Besides your current fueling issues, how reliable has your motor been? My car bent a rod so I'm in the research and save $$$ mode right now. Any additional feedback you can give on the reliability of your BPC motor would be awesome.

Any vendors offering a complete build package for our F10 M5's yet?
Similar to how vendors like Alpha for GT-R or Vengeance for Corvette's offer various packages from mild to fully built with supporting tranny updates. |
