You won't be able to get it.

The part is blocked by BMW even in Europe. The only way to get one is if you own the performance edition M5 and you send BMW a copy of the title when ordering the parts.

What is this "performance edition M5" of which you speak? Is this a F10 model?

The wheel is pretty awesome. I managed to get one and I'll be selling it on eBay shortly. (I've decided not to do the retrofit.)
But those sills are really disappointing. I didn't see them up close until you posted the photo. I'm not quite sure what BMW is doing. They created the M Performance accessories line to sell "go fast" products to people who don't have M cars. By badging the M5 with this, they're basically diluting their own brand. It leaves me wondering.

I prefer the looks of the M5 sills over the Performance Edition ones. I do, however, love the accent stitching, M stitching on the headrest, and the Piano Black trim with engraved model numbering.

I would love the steering wheel if bottom part was flat...

Before everyone gets all gooey about the steering wheel, I will tell you that it does not hold up that well under use. I had one in a M3 Comp Pack and the faux suede gets all nappy and balled up. Tried to maintain wiht a suede brush to no avail.
It is good for keeping your hands dry however.

Nope. chillin4now's post above explains why. They just don't hold up very well. I don't keep cars that long so I thought it might not be an issue, but just decided to pass for now.

That steering wheel looks great!
Are the BMW M Performance Edition Grills and Gills also locked by VIN or are they readily available?

Very distinctive addition, nice! With the carbon already on the dash, keeping the steering wheel trim seems like a natural to me.
