Oh boy! The could be one hell of a modded F10 in the making. Congrats!

Swap with anything or add to stable? I notice the R8 has dropped off your sig.. Or you just run out of room...?

R8 is gone.... got all the money.

As for the M5 I don't think a ton of mods are in place--- its white with black wheels and has the carbon fiber stuff on the outside. I actually needed a practical daily driver

Very Nice! I like white with black wheels.

My GTS is also white with black wheels.

2017 R8 is my vote.

-German
-Same V10 as Huracan
-Cheaper can Huracan for Plus model
-Everyone has a Huracan no one has a new R8
-2017 has better technilogical features than Huracan
-570S small car with little utility and muffled V8 Twin Turbo
-650S styling still too close to 12C, but 570S has unique styling which is good.
-Hurcan only worth it if you get an LP580. RWD FTW!
-911 GTS is a great car but looks too much like every other 911.
-If you want best driving experience, 570S is the answer.
-If you want best daily driver, R8 is the answer.
-If you want panties to drop wherever you go, Huracan is the answer (ask Vic he knows).
-If you want Bugatti like performance .2 Turbo S is the answer.


The only other real contender is the .2 Turbo S, which is a badass car.

I just like the fact I can pick up a 2017 R8 for less than 170k (non Plus version) most likely without a markup either. 540hp is still a lot of horsepower you know.

King still beats all of these choices though.

Just buy an M4 and rule everything. You won't regret it.

Just curious, Vic. What sort of difficulties do u face with your lowered Huracan? I have been away from California for too long now. I was driving a rust bucket back in college days then so nasty conditions never figured in my head. Where I am, we have to deal with nasty basement parking with narrow driveways and steep ramps. The parking lots here are generally not as wide too so door dings become a constant thing to avoid. Because we generally reverse park, the stopper at the parking lot needs to be able to clear the rear diffusor of the cars. Such a headache for us here.

So the issue is with the streets, or in my case no issue because where I am at the roads are flat and well paved. I do have to know where I was going because of certain entry ways and their angles but... the lifter on the Huracan is so fast in operation that I can push it literally just a few seconds before I need the front up. I have yet to scrape the front of the car but I did install those scrape plates underneath to ensure body protection. The lifter, again, is key here and I use it religiously as I enter certain shopping areas where speed bumps are located and I also have to angle in; and while this sounds laborious- it really isn't. The car is too just too "fancy" LOL.

It was some random car I found up North and I didn't have to do really much to it... I got a great deal and made the move. Its got some silly stuff too like steel pedals and carbon fiber exterior mirrors but its ok. Ill post pics once clean.

I read somewhere that the 2017 Base Carrera is faster than the 2016 Carrera S? Is this true? It's interesting because while they are faster, people seem to still prefer the NA cars when you read the reviews. The GTS could become a classic.

Honestly, NA was one of the big reason why I went with GTS. If I was gonna go turbo then I would've seriously looked into AMG GTS. I thought I needed the 2 seats in the back, it's the main reason why I didn't go with a GT3.

Keep the GTS...if you want to add either the new R8, Huracan or 458 Italia...that's my plan in a few years, one of those...

So I've decided to move forward with the 570S. Motorcars has a Vermilion Red with Brown interior. Stunning in person. Already placed a deposit on the car. I may pick it up tomorrow or sometime next week.

I was really trying to hold off going back into a turbo car but McLaren did a pretty good job with the whole package. It also sounds pretty good with the sport exhaust.

Do it! I avoided looking at the 570S for some time. I debated going for the R8 or 570S for few weeks. But after seeing the 570s for the second I immediately knew that this is the car I want.
