It must be just me in the minority of opinions here! But I don't like how tallish the Gran Coupe looks and also don't care for the Carbon Fiber roof most of these cars have to save 120-150 lbs ?!! Are you serious ?! Weight saving in a car like this by ruining the whole experience of panoramic roof?! Who cares about a tenth lost to extra fun?! When you're driving a car that you may never track in the first place!! Again it's just me! But on the other hand the topless M6 can be one of the sexiest verts out there hands down! |

I have both the M5 and M6 at the same time, honestly since it's the same engine, driving wise it's not that much different, even dynamically (both heavy).
You still enjoy the car, but if looking for a completely different experince, should get something else. Z06 is definitely "something else" entirely. It's a great track car (don't want to get into the engine problem since I don't own one and have no experience) based all sorts of reviews. Last edited by Phatcat; 06-13-2016 at 08:52 AM.. |

Just curious, but have you considered the GTR? I think o would rather have that over the Bette, but I haven't driven either.

Nice brutal win!! I see this was at ShiftSector... have you run any of those modded 991 TT-S's? And if so how did you fare? I know some of those stage 2 and 3 cars are ripping pretty good.

I think you have to either own a strip club, construction company, pawn shop, or be a licensed bail bonds man in order to purchase a z06 if I'm not mistaken.

On the street from the dig I don't bother as they will rape me. Highway is another story. You really don't see much difference until 160-170mph and usually don't venture much beyond that. |

Z06 wouldn't beat those other cars in a British car magazine. I write this having considered the Z06 myself. I found its handling to be downright scary and preferred the Stingray which doesn't handle any better but has the right amount of power for the chassis. Here's one I would consider instead - the AWD Jaguar F-Type R 2016. You can get one for $80-85k new if you can find some left over 2016 inventory.

are you sure the Z06 even started the race? was it a race or just a top speed run against yourself? surely he backed off and didn't include himself in the race, if it was even a race, when he saw you rocket down that airstrip? do you have a jet engine on the back by chance?

Just traded my 2016 Z07 for a new 2017 TTS Cab. Car was utterly amazing. Extremely fast. $2500 in mods and I was around 730hp/tq. Interior was gorgeous. The best and worst part was that it was scary to drive at times. She'll break the tires loose at 40-60 mph.
I kept her for 7 months which is not a short time for me.

Went from a 13 M5 to a 14 M6 to a 14 991S to a 15 Z06 and now back to a 14 TTS, I can said the TTS was the better one because it does everything well. If you like drama, the Z06 will definitely give it to you. The TTS is a little boring but if I have to do it all over again, I would have skip the M5, M6, 991S, Z06, and get the turbo from the get-go.
