This may be a stretch, but ever consider an r32/r33 Nissan skyline gtr? For $50k-80k, you could probably find a really pristine example. Plus having the steering wheel on the right side, it doesn't get more "wow" than that imo. AWD, twin turbo straight 6, "can" seat 4, rarity here in the states. Just like many cars, a simple drop and rims will set these cars off proper in the looks department.

Actually yes! We looked at 4 cars this past weekend. Actually enough so, we talked deals at trading in my low mile, high MSRP, factory warranty Comp car for two of them possibly. Perspective is everything here boys(and girls). I only put maybe 1700 miles on my car a year. I work remotely and fly ALOT for work. So, I might get to drive my toys(m5, bikes, or others) once a week. so, 1 drive a week, and 4x to choose from means my cars spend more time being washed than driven lol. 2014 911 991.1 GT3 -Simply the best, most "experience" drivers car on the face of this earth IMO. I WILL own one of these one day. This one was specced well with front axle lift and carbon race seats. I just have a HARD time with the $$$ for a car that can only carry 1 passenger being a father of two young boys. 2017 Audi R8 -Nice 'car'....just...dare I say "too nice" of a car? I want a car for its quirkiness, its craziness, it's wild factor. This drove and operated and interior was just a nice audi car. Is that weird? I dunno, hard to put into terms. 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo -If you are an american over, I dunno, 6'0, you arent fitting in these matchbox cars. SUCH A COOL CAR, but i'm 6'6 and that was pointless to even try. I got a great eyesight of my belt buckle sitting in the drivers seat though, thanks to my head jammed up against the headliner. - 2007 911 997.1 Turbo -Really a great car! like, to the point, we tried to do a deal. I just struggled with "what does this car do that my M5 cant?" this one probably has a much better depreciation value, but it's also a Tip-Tronic car, so a little less valuable than a PDK. A really fun, raw experience(reminded me of my older C5z's that didnt have a ton of tech. The raw late lighting off of the turbos was a blast, and surprisingly quick for a car I never thought of as QUICK. Ferrari California --Dont....JUST DONT. I seriously felt like i was sitting in a chrysler sebring with a Dodge Caravan entertainment display. What a sad example of Italian heritage. And holy SLOW. I've thought of buying a M4 GTS...seem cool, kinda unique. But, it's a why vs my M5?! i dunno. I think my wife hates me for this. I remind her of sheldon sitting in the floor choosing playstation vs Xbox |

The new gtr's are coming down in price, but they taste like a 5.0 mustang now. Owned by a ton of boy-racers and ragged to hell. They worry me. |

if you haven't: because it's in german, someone nicely translated it in sync with the video, so it works out nicely: https://soundcloud.com/user-19844458...on-from-german

I saw that video. So sick! Car looks like an absolute beast! Waiting 6 months for this car is going to be torture!
Already working on a set of custom three piece wheels for it. Purists will be upset but it’s going to look |

HRE is building a set of the classics for it with bronze faces that match the trim - should be ready by the time the car is on the tarmac. A set of springs to get the height just right and that’s probably all I’m going to do. Probably. Most likely. Hopefully. Lmao

The car was actually recalled secondary to the chip shortage.
Apparently they’re continuing to build the cars in Germany without the chips, then shipping to the US and recalling when they hit customs. So who knows when I’m going to get the damn thing. Weird af. |

Wow, that's terrible news! Should've stayed in Germany instead of building up our excitement
