The M5/M6 DCT part number is GETRAG 7DCI700 rated to 700 NM(516 lb-ft) of torque and I really don't know how people dare to tune their cars and increasing the torque while DCT is not rated for that torque; however Germans are always conservative so maybe 10-20% over load is still safe, but for sure that amount of torque puts stress on DCT (IMO)

Knowing this from tuningwerk who have done many gearbox upgrades, up to 800 Nm you are good. I have covered 40.000km with close to 850 Nm and for 5.000km with close to 1.000Nm. No problems yet but I don't launch.

I do run a TCU tune as well, which has cleared the gearbox limiter and released more torque. Shifting is way smoother and faster than before. Don't know if they changed something when shifting. I have no slippage.

I did have the PP Performance tune, but after I had some issues with the press file I changed to yet another supplier last week. PPP runs with stock turbos and I believe I will leave them stock for the future. I don't believe the engine will be able to handle much more than 850bhp without upgraded internals.
