Fully agree! I do not pretend being a pilot but driving with "pendulum effect" is not an efficient way but just for fun. Drifting causes loosing seconds and tires on track. Just watch how F1 pilots drive. For sure not like that!

Matt is a great guy and a fantastic driver. No ego at all. He is packed full of knowledge and is willing to talk to anyone. I recommend learning from him and getting a couple of laps with him at the wheel. 100 mph drifts with Matt at the wheel is a must!!!!!!!!!!!

This is for entertainment purposes. Matt is no idiot and is a pure driver. I'm sure he can run circles around any of us. Put the keyboard down and get out there with him.

Great work. So to be the Ultimate Driver i have to press the gas pedal, look where im going and press the brake pedal. Genius!

Normally i drive without using the gas pedal, use engine braking and the handbrake to slow down and never look where im going. This will change everything.

Ditto re Mike Renner at the Performance Center.
PS: Matt Russell, the recent M Brand manager is a darn good driver himself. I got a ride with Matt in an M6 at Mid Ohio during Oktoberfest. Matt was drifting some corners and still lapping faster than some of the racers. We hit 150+ on the back straight. Only Joey Hand in the E46 M3 GTR was faster.
