Thanks for all the nice comments... I love my job, and wonder what I will be when i eventually grow up... as long as OPSEC allows it I will add some cool pics to this thread while I am out in the desert for the next year.
no, but great observation! I was just getting what we call a dry contact for my currencies... my student had already gotten the gas offload. We take on about 6000 LBS of gas a minute or just under 1000 gallons a minute. Sounds like a lot and fast, but considering there are times where we take 100,000lbs of gas during one air refueling you can be on that boom for a really long time.... if we are heavy enough we have to light one or two engines in afterburner just to stay in position to take the gas!

That is sooooo cool! Thank you for posting. Look like from the video the leading edge of your wings takes a beating. Can' imagine what that is like to scoot up behind a KC-135 with all the turbulence and be able to thread the needle like that.
Thank you for your service!

Love the color! You should get some aftermarket rims.

May have to cut and paste this one... It's Dubai
Dropped Pin near United Arab Emirates http://goo.gl/maps/DK2Xr They built a second palm but can't really get sales in the first (or the world) in the palms water circulation is a big issue and it stinks and fish are dying... Not really what you want on your multi-million dollar property... And it's hot, it's really fucking hot.
