Home sick from work so lots of time for BP.

In other news, apparently in this state it's illegal to DIY replace a water heater in a rental property, even if you live there as the owner. So now I get to pay someone $500 to come unscrew 3 lines. :/

What's funny is that washers and dryers are exempt from this as they're "simple", despite also having 2 water lines and 1 gas line. They even have electrical cords! That should make them more complicated! /s

Anyway, the city also checks permits pulled when they do rental certifications, so it would 100% get caught because everything is registered. The bureaucracy is real.

Ok Canada here it is in other words about chicks with a too big ego...

1- Usual they are beautiful ...
2- The problem is..They know that they are beautiful ...

My last chick with a too big ego I left in the middle of a town in the middle of the night in a fancy restaurant because she screamed to me in front of everyone because I put my cup of coffee too loud for her likings on a table...
She stand up and screamed loud to me....Do you want to break the fucking table you fool ?!?!

So I stood up also ..Said nothing in front of the other people , but left her alone in the restaurant ,I walked outside jumped in my car and took off while I waved to her en gave her the last kiss sign as well (hand to my mouth)
After the above...She stalked me 10 weeks my friend and finally I had to call the cops , cops came and she spat on the cops ...
So I fixed finally the problem on my manner .. because she knows me ...


And yeah my friend she was really beautiful ...
But not for me anymore because her ego and character was and still is the hell on earth !

I did wonder if you could do like 90% of the install then hire a licensed guy to pull the permits and tighten everything up, but I have a feeling they wouldn't take that job.

Depends on your relationship with the plumber and I guess the city.

My city is full of assholes, so nothing major really slides without permits.

Luckily, my guys are bros.

Yeah they're kinda sticklers about it here too. These plumbers are good, this will be the third time I've used them. Having a good team of people makes huge difference.
