Just my luck, the fastest RS7 happens to be 20 minutes from where I live. I ran into him one day, nice guy. He invited me to that track rental but I had too much going on to attend. Impressive car!

I think he was tune only at 100 octane.... These cars are freaking moving Tom!!!!!!!!!!!

It isn't know for being a fast track. It is up in the Boonies (literally in a town called Boonsboro). It is a little higher elevation than some of the other local tracks (550' vs under 100' for the others) and isn't know for great track prep.

i always thought RS7 was heavy ends up it's only 4200 LBS

Sorry, just saw this question. MIR is pretty much at sea level and on a nice cool day with some good track prep I can see him posting a 10.4X @ 135mph.

No worries... thanks for the info I figured MIR would be fast. 135 is nuts for a 4500 lb sedan with just a tune and 100 octane isn't ?

The RS7 has so much more presence in person. I still think the M5 has better lines, but the RS7 is a good looking car and the back isn't anywhere near as awkward as say a Panamera. It is a great car. I just wish they made an RS6 sedan and brought it to the US. I would rethink my view on AWD vs RWD given the ability to trap near 135mph with just a freakin tune!

Vic you're unreal ........I knew it was a matter of time. Love the front, and yes a dress up with the back will change the look (spoiler).
