He's got a Meisterschaft valvetronic exhaust, dunno what model though (GTC?). They are flaps that open up or close the exhaust and it affects the loudness of the exhaust.

I'd take a guess and say he'd own the whole apartment block ...only way to get so many car spaces!

....To get a single parking space in an upmarket mid-levels apartment complex is costly enough and this joint looks much more exclusive....
