21's are SOOOO much more expensive tires, and less choices. Made that mistake with previous M6. Went to 22's, too big was riding rubber bands.
Gonna go 20's and lowering springs this time |

Going 21". No right or wrong, just my preference.

Im going with 20's---- need to maintain function along with form.... 21's are too heavy with increased weight, rotational mass, inertia.... but they fill the body better.

I'm taking off my old wheels and using them. No point on buying new ones when the pattern should be the same. I just hope there is enough brake clearance. I should be picking up my car next week. Cant wait. Here is a pic of my 08 550 with rotiform sna 20' I will be using.

This car looks awesome. I wonder if the rear touches down on larger dips in the road. Wheels are similar to mine.

I love this wheel so much, I ordered an identical set of 21's from Wheel Boutique for my car. The nice thing about HRE's is the 21's weigh about 4ib less per corner than the stock 20"s.
Here's a couple of better pictures.

Not an M5 but you get the picture. Here's my F10 with 21" MORR MS10.2 in a brushed finish with clear powder coat.
And here it is prior to the refinish in a tinted clear finish. |
