I went to Costco today and grabbed one of those Salmon Milano with Basil Pesto Butter ready-to-cook tins they always have. It's not exactly the cleanest fish (farm raised, and fed shit to make them have more color), but it's very high in protein, tasty, inexpensive, and easy to make. I had 2 pieces (14oz) and added my favorite sides... 2 cups of broccoli, and a 1/2 cup of brown rice.

Thanks, I dropped some chives on the quesadilla and gave it a quick squeeze of lemon, but I was living in the moment and didn't get a pic.
