When people have access to the ECU, it's very simple.. Yes you can custom tune it, but for a stock car with a pair of downpipes/exhaust I don't find CUSTOM tuning or whatever they call it neccesary, that is only for when you get big turbos or something that the stock ECU can't control.

Simple and easy, no big deal
I dont think anyone discussed that?

What about rubbing? Surely such a wide tire doesn't fit?

I have Hamman widebody so already bend the rear fender outwards. Last Friday spend almost whole day measuring the offset & tyre size. Maybe reducing to 19 in order to hv the right choices of tyres I need.

Do you know if he has any spacers on the back?

No spacers at all. It's almost flush. Actually looks badazz and mean. When u ride with him it just grab and pulled. Now he didn't stomp fully down but it's was enough to let regular tire width slip. It's worth it if you want to it a new set if wheels/tires.

Now I wish I'd spoken to you about fitting even wider tires! Lol! Seriously though thanks for the advice on the 305 tires Brian, the corsas would have cost almost 2x the zeros and the grip on the 305s has been awesome vs the 295s.

So 345s fit on a M5?
My HRE's are 20x11 not sure about the off set but they are max concave. I'd consider this if they fit. I have a screw in my tire so I have been window shopping the last few days. Or consider a 335/30 and 285/35 combo.

@rob. No worries. At least you were able to find a set of tires. I looked for a set of mich and can't get one yet. So I'll join you with the wider tire as soon as I can get my hands on one. When you finally move to Houston we will have to get you in on one of our country runs! William had drive down here from Austin a couple of times for our run.

@northern. I don't know teds offset but it does work great for him. Maybe if you call a wheel company w your offset and the 345 they can help you out. I will try to get his offset today for you guys.

There have been some issues for some members running the Stage II remap from BR Performance unfortunately. There is a fuel starvation issue that has been identified as something that needs to be sorted out.

The Stage I remap has had no issues for my M5 to date. The power increase and performance still puts a smile on my face every time I drive it!
