All I can say is wow,M6beast installed his custom intake in my M5 yesterday, the car haven't fully adapt yet but all I can say is the car feel a lot faster,I definitely notice an increase in power and torque all through the rpm compare to the stock intake, included the charcoal filters delete BMS filters and RPI ram air scoops. The best part about this intake the sound,it's amazing under hard acceleration,I have to watch how much pressure I put on the gas pedal, because it seems to take a lot less pressure on the gas pedal to get the speed I want, than it use to.

Anyway hope the weather holds up for the track, I believe you'll break those 12.0 and get those 11 second runs you've been wanting. Let me know if you going to the track wed hopefully I can meet you there and run the beast again trying to get my 10 sec pass. That track is so inconsistent, I hope to get traction otherwise ill be dreaming about it. |

If he can get a 1.89 he should be at around 11.5-11.6 with the intake. With his average 60ft he's been getting the intake should take him down to 11.7-11.8 average. Won't really know till he runs it but that's what I'm figuring. We'll see if I'm close My M5 with just intake and everything else stock ran a best 11.9 and average 12.0. Since then did a custom software I want to Dyno and see the gains and take it back to the track. So much to do with little time lol |

I have BMS, catless DPs, and hopefully I get this instake -- my turbos are already so loud and the car is already crazy fast. I wonder what I'll be at (and sound like!) with this intake.
Right now (since I installed the catless DPs), my SEMI-SLICK Nitto NT05's have trouble hooking now -- way more than before the DP's... cant imagine with even more HP.

Also got my patent number yesterday this intake will be top notch in every way. Can't wait for you guys to get it still finishing some minor touches. The CNC cut filter adapters are in the works now so might take till next week before they are complete, but will be worth the wait and investment. G |

M6beast intake
Went to the local track yesterday with my none competition package M5 and finally get to put M6beast intake to the true test,my previous runs with stock intake,BMS set at 3.5 and Turner axle back exhaust was averaging 12's.I had just get off the highway so my tires was heated up pretty good,I attempt My first run with the M6beast intake ran a 11.7 @ 121mph with a 60 foot of 1.9,after that I started to have traction issues,I just need to continue to work on my 60 foot,Once again I am very happy with the result compared to the stock intake because my times went down and mph went up,should be going back to the track this weekend to do some more testing.

That track sucks so inconstant maybe changing tracks you can get better traction. Glad you loving the intake, and glad it proved the gains I've been posting! G |

Yeah he was on drag radials both times. You can see the intake made power because his time went down and his MPH went up. All his previous 60ft runs were 1.98 and 2.0-2.2's
With drag radials as well. Track sucks and those tired need to be heated up pretty good which is hard because you can't power brake it. Keep it going practice makes perfect. |

Custom Cnc Cut Aluminum Filter Bracket
Well here's the custom CNC cut Aluminum filter bracket. Will do a prefit and then it's shipped out to another forum member on Monday or Tuesday. Hopefully it will have enough time to adapt and ready for his 1/2 mile drag race for the weekend.

George buddy...this one has my name all over it bro. This post just made my day....Can't wait to get your intake installed. Will be racing many other M5s at Slipstream next weekend with relatively the same mods as me except for your intake. Thank you so much for all the help and attention to detail with all the parts that you manufacture. They are awesome.

The traps don't show much of a gain. I'm wondering if there is anything else affecting this. I ran 11.3@127 with stock intakes and filters and Oem tires. Thoughts?
