Replacing fuel line near maf?

The maf sensor plug is running through fuel line
Can i just replace to normal fuel line and hose clamps? This way it wont run again as it doesnt have crimp

No can do
Ive ordered new line from bmw ex germany

Fyi on eventuri intake the maf connector has rubbed the hose

Ive grinder down connector and stuck thick felt on it so it wont happen again
