Spark plug condition

So I took some time today to change my OE plugs and install a fresh new set.i didn’t have any misfire issue.They have about 30k miles on them with a dinan stage 1. What do you guys think on the condition of these?

About the same as mine when they were pulled at 40k for the first time with that light grey color except mine had reached the end of the road by going into 'drive moderately' mode when pushed.

How about this for being lazy. 40K miles before changing mine. Some of the electrodes are deformed but the real issue is how the oil has seeped through on the back cylinders. I also suffered some reduction in performance. Won’t go 40k again. 20K max intervals for me going forward.

Looking at yours, you look good. Very clean and dry. Your electrodes are in good shape and your gaps seem to be consistent unlike mine.

Where is that oil from? did you fix it? I had one plug look wet on #7

Probably a leaky head gasket or valve stem.
