I have been trying to sign on to the customer portal and every time I put my login info I get a blank page. Anyone had more luck with it?

I don't have an account, so I can't attempt logging in. However, I would recommend trying another internet browser. Also, you might try turning off (pausing) any ad-blocking type software.
