Power Stop Z26 brake pads experience

I'd like to replace my stock brake pads for a set that will reduce dust (priority)and squeak/squeal. Primarily focused on street performance. Any experience and feedback running Power Stop Z26 would be appreciated. Or, if you have a favorite aftermarket brake pad that's been your go to and solves the dust and squeal then your recommendation would be appreciated as well. Thanks!

I had these on my 15' M5 and they were good ... less dust and no brake noise.

Also tried Akebono and Cool Carbon which were about the same as the Powerstops.

All of them are better than OEM in terms of dust and noise.

Currently own F90 M5C and already replaced the pads for the same reasons.

You may also want to look into Porterfield pads .. I have a set on my F90 and they're very good.

Yesterday I installed the PowerStop z23’s on my M5. Did the brake in as prescribed and seem like they will be solid. No squeaks and very little dust in the bit of driving I have done thus far.

I had used the z23’s on my 2017 M3 and was pleased so that is why I went with them again.

Don’t think I would use powerstops if I was tracking the car but for everyday driving they do great at keeping the squeal down with very little dust.

. Its recommended to replace the sensors and since it's only $30 for the parts I plan to replace them. Others may have reused and can comment.

I would probably go with the Powerstops given the price of the set of Porterfields ($650).

I run Powerstop Z23 or Z26 (I can't remember) on my e39 M5. They've been excellent for several years and many miles of performance. I plan to find the equivalent pad for the F10 when I need to replace. What sources did you guys use? My secret is Rock Auto for this type of stuff but they are sometimes spotty with having F10 brake parts still.

I have the z26 pads on the front of my car for about 5 months now. No squeak and dust is low. So far no complaints. Got them of Rock Auto as few have said.

I like the Z26-1648's on my front; little to no brake dust and I'm not sure I can tell a difference in how they brake. When I did mine earlier in the Spring, they didn't have Z26 pads for the rear, so I went with Akebono Ceramics.

Thanks! My set of Z26 arrive today. Hoping to have them installed in the next week; depending on schedule.

Installed today. So far so good. Will update over next week on feel, sound, dust. Also since I kept my original rotors it may take 500 - 1,000 miles for the new pads to fully mate up to the rotors.

Washed the car today and went out for a few drives. First impressions of the Powerstop Z26 are that they are quiet, provide good pedal feel, and generate very little brake dust. It was nice driving with the windows down and not hearing the brakes squeak when coming to a stop next to someone! I haven't really hammered on the brakes yet and will update after putting them through more wear. So far I am happy with the performance and I believe my wheels will stay considerably cleaner.
