Based on how the F80 M3 / F82 M4 was launched, I'd say that it could be launched in the summer of 2017 as a 2018 Year Model most likely. Same as for most international markets.

For that to happen, the G30 5 series would need to be launched this year.

F10 chassis production runs till October. Allowing a month to retool the earliest G30 production can begin is December 2016.

with F M5 it was nearly a year later than UK, so makes sense if it comes to UK 1st April '18
