Correct, the Offset in the back is aggressive. The wheel will sit perfectly flush with the body so there is no way for me to run a 325. I wanted a nice show setup.
If I went a little less aggressive I could fit the 325 with no issues. I have KW V4s so having the linear spring vs progressive gives me tons of space in the back. You can honestly jump up to 12.5" with 325 and be perfectly fine.

I worked on the offsets with my good friend Dumpspec. I also did loads and loads of measuring to get it just right. HRE does not recommend going this wide lol

Can you attached a photo of your 10.5 w/ 275? I mainly want to do the 265 but would love to see the 275!

I have more then 12mm of clearance from the strut still with the KW V4s. My setup won't have any issue. It's made to work with my low ride height. Also my camber isn't crazy. -1.5 in the rear and -2 in the front. You can tuck the 12"no problem. 12.5 with minor poke. Almost nothing. It all really comes down to your ride height and suspension/alignment

Thanks for the insight, I'm currently lowered on KW HAS and I'm debating to invest in a set of KW V4. Unfortunately, in Germany, I have to register each and every mode, all changes have to be approved by the TÜV. Therefore, I can't go too aggressive, it's a daily driver on top. I would like to go 10" in the front and 11" in the back, to achieve a compromise between usability and show appearance. HRE are fantastic wheels, I ran the numbers on just your setup and I'm speechless. You guys are killing it, thumps up for you and Doctor_X, just astonishing!

That's crazy! I never would've imagined you'd have to register everything. The KW V4s are honestly one of the most amazing coilovers I've had. Being able to fine tune your ride at the turn of a knob is just beautiful.

I think a perfect 21" daily driver setup is:
21x10 et22 or 9.5 et16
21x11 et22
This setup looks absolutely perfect. I'll attach a picture.( pictures are not mine, belongs to forum member powerbeast)

Beautiful car man, what brand did you go with on the carbon fiber badges and how have they held up so far, most of the ones I've read reviews on talk about yellowing and has turned me off from them.

Updated my maps today to the 2021 version. Didn't observe any issues with the old 2020 maps, but always nice to know you're on the latest.

Here's what I had previously:


Process is fairly straightforward once you've got the FSC aspect sorted (I applied a lifetime FSC on my car a few years ago, so it goes straight through to the install process).






And the end result, now running the 2021 version.

I went the OEM route to retain the factory dash look. I personally don't like the look of that screen kinda stuck on the dash . To each their own though.

Nice satino! I did the same upgrade, except went with the 10.25” pop out style screen. I felt like it was a healthy aesthetic upgrade without being super obvious. I went back and forth for about two weeks on this vs your 12.3” and ultimately went with the more conservative one. You can’t tell it’s not OEM. One of the coolest mods I’ve done to this car! 4g is awesome, the touch screen is awesome, the WiFi CarPlay is awesome. Way better than custom built retrofits because all the oem iDrive function is fully maintained and works perfectly. I love it all.

which vendor did you guys go with? i've only considered bimmertech to this point.

Wow that looks great! You guys are really enlightening me, I had no idea these upgrades to newer style screens were available.

Doctor_X, I really like the screen size you have there. Would you mind linking me to the vendor you used for this? Do you do the install yourself?

Exactly very tasteful mod. I wish I got that one!! Love the way it looks. Really gives it a modern touch
