Oh c'mon now Vic! I am not thinking about depreciation when I'm feeling that rush! And neither are you!

Looks like a really nice place to go topless. I just checked the weather over there at Marietta and it seems heavenly! I can never understand people who buy topless cars where I am when 80% of the time, it's baking hot and humid. The rest of the 20% is raining. The last time I drove topless was during college in Northern California. Absolutely refreshing so long as u avoid the freeway. Are those Pirelli Corsa tires?

Yes it is. Got up to around 80 degrees today with a few very light showers on and off. 68 right now and although forecast calls for rain tomorrow, it is supposed to be in the high 60's on Mon. :-) It gets VERY hot and humid here in the summer though. Spring and Fall are just awesome!

Good eye. Corsas. I really prefer Michelin tires but these are very sticky. Not one complaint about this car. So much fun to drive.

My car comes with Michelin Cup 2 tires and they are super glue sticky! Your next step up would be Pirelli Trofeo R. Those are even stickier than Cup 2, but horrendous mileage. Who cares abt mileage rite cos u aren't gonna drive it for long anyway Slap on those Trofeos and make your neck ache with those cornering Gs

lol! Those Michelins are likely the next ones I'll put on the MAC. Pirellis are not my choice. These Corsas, as I am sure you know, we made specially for the 650S and they are pretty darn sticky. We will see how they do for now.

Putting the driving experience to one side, which I'd imagine is a noticeable improvement on 12C, IMO 650 front end styling is such better than the 12C. That two-tone interior is the icing on the cake. Enjoy it to the max and keep posting cool pics.

If you ever feel inclined to do so, there are always these as the next step: -

The over million dollar P1 is insane!
The technology amazes: There’s a 3.8-liter 727-hp V-8 paired with a 177-hp electric motor, hydro-pneumatic suspension, electro-hydraulically assisted steering, and even a rear wing that extends almost 12 inches.

http://www.caranddriver.com/mclaren/p1

I'm wondering which one wins the competition? P1 or 918?

Autocar did a side-by-side comparison of the 2 and declared no winner. It depends on what u are after. The P1 is the faster car in the straights and on track though, but 918 is more flexible according to them. LaFerrari would not take part and din allow them to test a private car either or they won't be invited to Maranello anytime soon. Those pussies...

I have actually driven both the P1 and the Laferrari, and I assure you that the Laferrari is much faster and just a better car all around. I was quite disappointed with how the P1 feels, quite snappy at the limit, making it react more like a racecar than a road car. I would choose the Laferrari over the P1 anyday, although I could never justify spending millions on just one car.
