iDrive Force Reset/Reboot

Evening,

Having a challenge with my iDrive in that it won't reboot. BMW has just changed my battery and apparently updated my iDrive. Since then it's been buggy as F, and keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection, something of which it never did previous.

I'm wanting to reboot to see if that resolves the issue before I hassle the stealer.

I've tried holding the power button, then the mode and power button = nowt.

Is there anything else I could try?

disconnect the battery for few mins~

Yeah tried that, found an easier option and that was to use Carly or Bimmercode to code then uncode. Forced the iDrive to reboot.
