No interior audio (chimes, radio etc)

This morning I ran into an issue with my 2015 F10 no interior sounds almost like interior sound is stuck on mute.

What are the possible things to check in order to troubleshoot the issue? I’ve read these 2 items but anything else?

- battery reset? Can I disconnect battery from under the hood or is it best to do in in the trunk?
- fuses? Which fuses should be looked it?

I'd disconnect it in the trunk, leave it an hour, reconnect it, and charge it for a day or two.

Thx @M5_Raz I just disconnected the battery via trunk for for 30 mins and just received the cTek battery trickler and have it charging.

I should have mentioned in original post that the battery did die on Weds because my wife did not know to press power button twice to turn vehicle off completely.

Hopefully charging will cure the issue if it doesn’t what would be the next steps?

Check your cars amplifier, 90% it's that

Turned out to be a head unit failure so I had to get that replaced.
