Anyone running PG Charge Coolers?
Thinking of picking up a pair in case I may do meth injection down the road, are they worth it? The car is getting tuned so I am just wondering if it really makes that much of a difference as they are a bit pricey? Would love to hear some stories or recommendations.
Thanks in advance!!! |

I have Project Gamma charge coolers.
They're nothing special, and I didn't notice any measurable reduction in inlet air temps, or performance gains or improvement in Dragy times. They do however look better in the engine bay. My main reasoning was the meth ports. It's much better to inject meth after the chargecooler core, rather than in the charge pipes. I feel PG is just branded cheap Chinese stuff, priced and aimed at the middle of the market in terms of pricing. However, I'm not convinced even CSF would be much better, but if a set of CSF came up at the right price then I'd ditch the PG's in a heartbeat. |
