Reusing oil pan bolts?

I'm about to do rod bearings on my M5. BMW recommends you replace all the oil pan bolts, as they are apparently single-use.

Seems crazy to me to spend $200 or so on the 40 bolts required. Has anyone reused them?

Is that a price directly through BMW? I can see why they want you to put new bolts on. It has some thread locker on it. I know 19 of these are required for the main large oil pan, but I’m not sure what else is required. It’s definitely going to cost under $200.
