"A colleague of mine in Virginia, Bob Battle, Esq., gives an example of a mathematical formula used by some judges: 2 days in jail for every mph over 90 mph, and, if over 100 mph, add an additional 30 days in jail to that total. Thus, someone convicted of doing 94 mph will get 8 days in jail, and someone doing 101 mph gets 52 days in jail! (101 is 11 mph above 90 X 2 days in jail = 22 + additional 30 days in jail for being over 100 mph.)"

Yes you are right and I think he is so upset and frustrated with lots of harsh quotes in this thread. Some people don't know him and are not familiar with his personality, but we know him. He is not kind of guys to insult others or want to respond them back the way he was quoted!

By the way, before I get some quotes about my English I have to say English is not my first language, but there is no other way for me to communicate with other people (in this forum) except writing in English even if it's bad English; however I did my best to write in correct way, but for sure native, professional English language people can find thousands of mistakes regarding punctuation, grammar, etc...

Sooma is a character. Considering that we really won't be seeing anything new for the F10 M5 from now on (unless someone can crack the encryption on the ECU legitimately) we'll have to endure threads like these for the next 4-5 years. However, I will say Sooma's thread would have been much more relevant if 'said' friend of his was an M5 owner and got caught speeding in the hellhole of Virginia in an F10 M5 and was consequently thrown in jail for that.

It's definitely good for you to recognize the confusing nature of your post (here and in other examples) so you can learn from it/them. Communicating with people (verbal and written) is a critical skill for anyone who wants to build genuine relationships and truly progress in life.

I don't care how he writes, I care what he writes- at times. He has had some relatively good posts and writeups and there is this thread which I can't explain about as much as I can explain cats in space (clever post @MattUK).
