The knees coming along nicely, although I still can't fully straighten my leg.
The pains mostly gone when doing day to day stuff but on the odd occasion when I've spent a day working on the tools I've been in a lot of pain for a few days afterwards, so I guess it'll still be a while until I can return to work as a carpenter but on the whole I'd say the operation was a success & would recommend the procedure.

and how is your knee doing ?
That's pretty interesting, seems to be similar to my procedure with the regrowth of cartilage.

Hi Scott, currently not so good.
I walked into a timber merchant that we use on a wet Monday morning a few months back & slipped because the soles of my boys were wet & they had no matt to wipe ones feet on when entering.

Am in a fair amount of pain still & am back to only being able to walk for 20 mins or so before having to sit & bend the knee a few times to ease the pain & now I've started to get pain in my opposite knee & hip

Anyways Scott thanks for asking I'll have a read of that article, cheers Scott.
