Where did you get them from? Mine have quite a bit left on them but would be nice to know pricing etc so I didn't have to get from the dealer. I wouldn't imagine any of my local motor factors would carry these in stock.

Yeah this delayed posting time is making people post twice, done it myself found it on twice even thrice lol cancel mine out.
Another e bay job for me,I found these TRW ones and made an offer of £65 which he suggested and I accepted inc. UPS delivery. They came with the wear sensor also which is a bonus rrp is around £200 on these without sensor you know me tho, love a bargain oh and they come with the stainless steel backing plates. The Mintex ones are a little too bargain basement I thought, the make more in line for fords etc.
BMW ones need a mortgage around £350 even more over the M tax counter and they produce sacks of brake dust or rather powder.

Nearly missed this, should quote me mate. On the website they say reduced brake dust on wheel rims by up to 45%,so I'm going by that .Haven't fitted them yet.

How do the pads affect the BMW warranty? Are they classed as a service item?

Mine are due soon and these sound good

As far as I know brake wear, discs included are not covered under the top warranty even with Bmw pads so are a separate item.I would add that I was lucky to get the pads for the price and these are OE type also which Bm have to recognise by consumers law.The pads themselves would be covered under manufacturers warranty should they not perform to MOT standards.
