My inzer belt has screws on back side to move to bigger size. You obviously missed the g19x part a handgun so dont neccesarily need to shank unless in the mood.

Are you serious about the gym giving you a hard time when bringing your own supplements??? That's ridiculous.
When I first started going to the gym, I overheard one of the trainers (who is no longer working there) bitching at the people working behind the counter, wanting to know whose shaker bottle was in the cooler. I did ask if it was cool before I left it in there. I also overheard him say, "We sell the drinks in the cooler to make money, not provide a cooler so people can bring their own and not buy ours." The girl he was bitching at did tell him who I was and asked him if he wanted to come tell me himself. He never said a word to me and it hasn't been mentioned since.

By no stretch am I big. I'm currently 146 pounds....but I'm 42, head is shaved, covered in tattoos and told constantly that I'm intimidating. I think I'm a pretty nice guy.

I see. Wouldn't it be funny if he got in trouble for doing what you did but since you're a customer it's okay? Lol

Garage List
Usually a set of work clothes, lifting belt, voodoo floss, lacrosse ball, knee sleeves and a plastic bag (for whatever I get into the hot tub or steam room in post workout). Also have a set of headphones.

Lost my straps a while ago but since I've also been rock climbing a bit I can max out my deadlift without them now, only time I want them or chalk is if I am repping over 400.

Let’s revisit this. What is your in the gym bag you carry from machine to machine. Some are huge. I don’t understand. Do they not use the locker room?
I also laugh at the gallon milk jugs of water.

It's very bad, but what's even worse is being in the gym and seeing a guy filming another guy working out. It's absolutely beyond embarrassing and cringeworthy.

Wish there was a way to geofence gyms to where cameras on phone would be disabled the second you step into the building. Society would be better off.

Guilty.... But in my defense my gym does not have a locker room. The lockers present (Again not in a stand alone room) are not large enough to fit my bag.

Contents of said bag:
Work Clothes
Work Shoes (boots)
Shampoo/Bodywash
Towel

They have 3 showers, just single person rooms. It would suck if it was packed when I went, but at 5am its empty(ish) so basically have the place to myself. Although the resolutioners are still flowing in haha.

Lifting belt & straps, chalk, dedicated training shoes & clean socks (I hate mixing training shoes with outside/daily wear kicks), towel, extra shirt, wireless earbuds & backup wired buds for when I forget to charge my wireless ones, my workout drink consisting of BCAA's + 5g glutamine, and a piece of candy to spike my insulin levels immediately after workout for better absorption of my post-workout protein shake. Then I shower at home, I think it's nasty with those shared showers especially when I see those who go in barefoot stepping all over other people's showered-off dirt and who knows what.

Same, best part about covid was learning to workout at home.
Spend less time commuting to and from the gym each time.

I'm a former competitive powerlifter who took a break during covid and have now been back at it for the last 3-4 months. My gym bag is pretty sparse with the following: Titan lifting belt, wrist wraps, SBD knee sleeves, and an elastic band for stretching out the chest and shoulders.
