LOL Clar--- I haven't moved any cars out but I will this week... I just couldn't pass up the chance to get this car for the price I got it for with the options on it.

I guess stateside the Dunlop Sport Maxx is an OEM tire along with the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2. While I would rather have the PSC2 I wont probably notice the difference unless on the track after repeated sessions.

Same here As I wrote in the F10 M5 thread, I am appreciating the M5 all over again by simply driving the car properly. It's a very good car for its intended purpose and hard to find anything better at the moment.

Agree, actually I think the Porsche and the M5 compliment each other very well. The M5 is a powerful car you can to toy around town, and haul things when necessary while have a enjoyable drive. Actually when I tracked the M5 at M school it was interesting to say the least, and I had fun but it was wrestling a fat woman for a donut. Two years later I'm still enjoying the car, and will keep it as long as it remains problem free so far so good. I was close to trading it, and keeping the 991S for a DD, but another car with no trunk space was the deal breaker.

Me too. It's a great combo (M5/991) but Vic has us all beat with his stable.

White (solid or metallic) with platinum-coloured alloys is my favourite combo on these!

Congrats & great initial feedback on how it feels to drive. This really does come across as a bargain on the basis on smiles per dollar!

Had the same feeling. Wanted to cancel my orders many times. Car just gave me an "uck" feeling. Then it sort of grew on me. Then you drive it and you say "this is truly the most amazing thing on the planet." Honestly, there is nothing like it. So involving. Sounds so insane. NA torque response especially in this car with how it is geared just knocks your socks off. I love it so much that my 2015 order is STICKING! I built the EXACT same car except that I added racing seats and the Porsche logo on the console. Truly a unique piece of fine automotive art. Would have never believed it until I bought it.

Its all about the experience as you just said--- I just got back from a trip and took the GT3 out for a spin; I hit turns at speeds I had yet to reach in any other car I have or had and ultimately hit 171 on a nice stretch of empty road. There is always something faster but better? What a car but Ill wait for about 8 months to see where I am at with this machine.

I too backed out in Feb 2014 because of the Stop Sale and engine issues but I knew the car would come storming back in 2015. No wonder it has won so many awards.
