FS: 2500 mile set of SSP Spec-R clutch disks
I am in the process of swapping to Spec-Z. The Spec-R’s in my car have around 2.5K miles. They obviously didn’t hold power at 900wtq but my view is that are fine for normal power levels the Spec-R is rated for. I never drove the car with the clutch not holding the torque. Happened once on the dyno and turned power down. I expect them to be fine. Once it’s out I can take pictures to evaluate their condition. Given they are technically used price much less, so $1400. Only disks no baskets or anything else. Ready to ship... Last edited by allmotor_2000; 02-15-2018 at 09:05 PM.. |

Here are pics - they look brand new.
The top plate (on the left of each pic) is NOT included.. that's part of the OEM assembly. The bottom plate (on the right has clutch element on the underside) and is included. Check out the SSP website... you will see everything that's included in a new kit: https://www.sspperformance.com/bmw-d...h-package.html I recommend professional installation. Make sure to clean/soak the clutches in fresh DCT fluid prior to install. Last edited by allmotor_2000; 02-15-2018 at 04:54 PM.. |
