F10 M5 2013 LCI - are my tyres run flat?

Hi

I have Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/35ZR20 99Y extra load as my front tyres.

Are these run flats?

They are worn out so I am wanting to replace them with
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. I am ordering these online but there are several versions of Pilot Sport 4S - (M01); (N0); (*)

Any ideas what these other versions are?

They are not run flats.

M01 is Mercedes spec
N0 is Porsche spec
* is BMW spec
No marking is generic spec

Different specs will have different sidewall designs, etc.
