Came across this car a few months back and they haven't sold it yet and have been drastically lowering the price recently. At this price for a 14 looks like a pretty good deal if someone is look for one

Scary carfax and fact that they trusted pep boys on some maintenance smh it's a 112k car obviously can't afford a M5 WITHOUT TOO MUCH HARDSHIP LOL

They probably had a flat or something and took it to pep boys. Clearly it didn't go there for actual maintenance since maintenance is free. You could take your car and have pep boys add air to your tire and they will mark up your carfax like that.

I know I'm not taking my car to the dealer for a new tire.

It is a good price can probably negotiate another 1200-1500 down

I have been in no rush looking at these puppies fall through the floor

13s with same mileage can be negotiated in high 40s some near 46.5-47k

Push a CPO or add 2 year OEM on 2013 and you can get outdoor with negotiation low 50s to about 53.5k

There is a glut of 2013s headed over next few months and starting to see more 2014s.

There are at least 50 or so lined up from mid Atlantic to northeast on the car boards

I have seen 12-15 last three months in person
Some in decent shape some that need a bit of paint work like scratch or under bumper rash

Some two owner, others with carfax that show owner's abuses with brake and rotor changes 3-4 x in less than 30k miles.

Private guys are still crazy trying to sell 2013 at mid to upper 50s

Dealers buying 2013 at high 30s and low 40s

2014 are at 60-62k negotiated prices for low mileage and CPO, add another 3-5K for CP..CBB not really adding to value...

Add $5500 2/70 or 2/100 BMW OEM (need to go to BMW dealer to buy) you should only offer 54 no more for this one. So all in you are at $59.5K with extended warranty OEM. You still have maintenance till 10/18 and that will cover brakes, air intakes, oil, rear differential oil change. I made error before (edited) warranty good till only 10/17.

Another note 2013 and 2014 dont have electronic waste gates. Fuel pumps and oil pumps for 2014 should have been addressed.

I'm hoping this time next year they drop in the lower to mid 40s for a 2014.
