More fluids and stuff since...I like to create work for myself. Diff fluid and angel tears for the X1. New power steering reservoir for the Moupe. Stupidly, the cap for the reservoir says CH11 but the car uses ATF. Yay for common parts across models.

These are from Tischer. Unfortunately, the reat of what I needed is from FCP (fill/drain plugs and power steering reservoir for the X1 (N55) ans well as replacement hose clamps for both cars) and doesn't arrive for several more days.

An oxford can be a brogue, and a brogue can be an oxford.
Simply put, an oxford refers to a dress shoe that has a closed lacing system, meaning the parts of the shoe that hold the shoelace eyelets are sewn under the vamp, rather than on top of it. This gives the oxford a clean look and a slim silhouette, making it perfect for suits.

Meanwhile, brogues denote “broguing,” a kind of ornamentation created by small perforations or holes. Any shoe with broguing is called a brogue, even if it’s an oxford. Hence, brogues and oxfords are not mutually exclusive.

20 bucks to overcome a NIC with slower capacity than internet service. Seems to work well so far.

I have had this new toy for couple months. First time to bring it out to have fun. Enough power to be fun, not enough to get me into real danger

EmpireTech 4k 8MP PoE cam with a 1/1.2" sensor for ultra low light video. If it lives up to the hype, it'll replace the cam I have now overlooking the front entryway.

The old stove had a 6" black back. New stove is flush with counter. Wife did not like it, so i bought a 30x16 tempered glass back splash to satisfy the wife to bring it all together. I like it.... More importantly, so does the better 1/2. Leaned it against the wall to see how it looks before a permanent mount..

PS. Love the induction stove. Just as responsive as gas without the stink.

Tip, run time is proportional to how high the grass is. I have the single 18v Ryobi and if I let it go over grown I have to recharge to finish. If it’s a modest cut I finish on a single charge. Nice thing is, I can cut in middle of night after work if I want to because they are so quiet. No more having to cut in 100-115 heat just because it is daytime.

Bought this from the UK to swap in a DCT shifter into my F31 8hp. Finally got tired of the 2TB shifters awkwardness. It’s been a month and no issue so I can finally share, as I wouldn’t want to misdirect anyone.

Back to the forums after 7-8 years or so. Hoping to put a deposit down on an M2 CS tomorrow.

Here is the latest large purchase. Thinking of picking up a power station during prime day (week).

Bought some paint - and some lighting...as I continue to run through phase 3 of my garage renovation.

Next step is to convert the side springs on the garage doors to a torsion bar and then add a side mount opener.
