No problem. Made them just shy the width of the existing channels in the OEM diffuser.

In my opinion/full transparency:
Each fin is mounted separately. I like the look of the 3 fin over the 2 fin. However, the actual mounting of the middle fin is not the same/as secure as the left/right fins...due to body structure (not much space for mounting and not hitting body structure w/hardware). Left/Right have 2 mounting points and 3M double sided tape to secure them to where the middle fin is only 1 bolt/nylon nut setup w/3M tape. The goal was to make the mounting points as hidden as possible so not to be seen or show signs of clearance holes on the OEM diffuser if ever removed. My 3 fin setup has been in place for a few days now and no signs of any mounting issues. I also created a 1 piece 3D design with all 3 fins...however, that in its self posed its own mounting issues. As well as increased the likely hood of a single failed print job vs printed each fin at a time (of multiples per print job) due to being a 21 hr print job.

Inspired by and a bump for Fast F10 (no affiliation),
I had some material laying around so; mimicry being the highest form of flattery, I made a crude version myself. Thanks for the inspiration and good luck. They do look good! 20200503_213223 by , on Flickr Last edited by PoolCar; 05-05-2020 at 02:47 PM.. |

Installed my 3 fin set up. Had to make some small adjustments and double up on 3m double sided tape. Used a blow dryer to get the tape extra sticky. Mounted up great, super happy with the new look!

Love the subtle look. Ended up not using the mounting bracket for the fin on the left as I couldn't get the fin lined up straight, used a zip tie and drilled a tiny hole into the liner instead. All in all, definitely worth it for the price.
